The cottage is perfect for large families and groups of friends. The place and the moment are magical, conducive to good family meals. The exterior leads you to the beautiful flower garden with beautiful scents with a view of the Touvre and its unforgettable sunsets!
This family property classified as 3* furnished tourist accommodation, of 180 m2, on enclosed grounds with private access and facilities, comfortably accommodates up to 15 people thanks to its numerous beds. Two travel cots and two high chairs at your disposal.
On the ground floor: a "dormitory" / TV area with a sofa bed, 2 single beds and a double trundle bed will allow you to accommodate children and teenagers. A bedroom with a double bed is located next door with its bathroom and WC.
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, two of which enjoy a view of the river and one with its private bathroom. A second bathroom with bathtub and double sink on the landing.
Outside, a dovecote has been set up just for you, with an atypical and unique double bedroom! This space does not have sanitary facilities.
Imagine: comfortably seated on your bed, you overlook the garden and can contemplate the view and listen to the swansong!
The little extra: pets are allowed. However, a supplement of €40/stay/animal is requested due to specific cleaning upon departure.
Numerous facilities: barbecues, mini trampoline, deck chairs, parasol, garden furniture, board games.
Optimal comfort is assured to you in this ready-to-live-in apartment. It will be prepared by the La Conciergerie de Laura team which provides you with: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels, an eco-responsible welcome kit with essential products such as local oil and vinegar , salt, pepper, sugar, soap, toilet paper and a few coffee and tea capsules to start your stay.
To make your stay easier, we also offer numerous hotel services at an additional cost: breakfast delivery, late check-out and early handover of keys, delivery of groceries and meal trays, reservation of activities or taxis, etc.
Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of accommodation, do not hesitate to ask us!
PLEASE NOTE: the cleaning fee of €190 is not included in the cost of the nights, it will be paid directly on site. This guarantees you quality cleaning carried out by a professional upon your arrival, but also care upon your departure. The provision of bed and bathroom linen is not included in the dormitory space, but can be provided at an additional cost.
