The association is administered by a Board of Directors whose members must reside in the territory of GrandAngoulême. The President and the Bureau of the Tourist Office are elected by the Board of Directors for the same term.

Decision-making body, in charge of managing and directing the affairs of the association, the Board of Directors is elected for 6 years and is made up of 30 members:
- 10 representatives of the “GrandAngoulême” college,
- 15 representatives of the college of “professional bodies and service providers”,
- 5 representatives of the college of “cultural and leisure associations and institutions”

OFFICE
Executive body, in charge of the day-to-day management and functioning of the association, the Bureau is elected for 6 years and is made up of 7 representatives of the 3 colleges.
