
The Comité des Jumelages ensures relations with the 9 cities: Bury (England), Vitoria Gasteiz (Spain), Turda (Romania), Guelendjik (Russia), Hildesheim (Germany), Ségou (Mali), Hoffman Estates (USA), Saguenay (Quebec), Chaves (Portugal).
The Comité des Jumelages Angoulême - Villes Étrangères is an association (law 1901), created in 1977 with the aim of democratically bringing together citizens of all tendencies and all socio-professional categories.
It promotes links of exchange and cooperation between municipalities and their citizens.
It intends to promote friendship, mutual knowledge and intercultural dialogue, for peace.
The projects developed: cultural exchanges between professional structures (in the fields of comics, health, economic development, electromobility, culture, etc.), support for decentralized cooperation with the city of Ségou (Mali), youth exchanges (Erasmus + , OFAL meeting...), support for project leaders...
The Comité des Jumelages also organizes, although not systematically, discovery trips to the twinned towns open to all.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 17 p.m.
Exceptional closures on January 1, Easter Monday, Ascension Thursday, Whit Monday, May 1, May 8, July 14, August 15, November 1 and November 11.
