Just leave the hustle and bustle of the city by the boulevard de Bretagne to find yourself on the limestone cliff of Eaux-Claires in the heart of dense and varied vegetation.
Overlooking the valley, two restaurants, one of which is gourmet, deliciously combine products from the Fontbelle valley (vegetable garden, beekeeping, etc.) and local products (local sourcing, respect for the seasons) with respect for authenticity and flavours.
Below, nestled in the middle of springs and woods, in a former priory that belonged to the clergy of Angoulême, we welcome you to our guest rooms.
