Sauces, prepared according to Charente recipes, as well as a whole section dedicated to preserves and charcuterie. For Easter and Christmas, you'll also find recipes in the Burgundian style.
Farm sales available by appointment. Present at the markets of
Local producers, festive and gourmet in Charente, at the fairs of
Rouillac and Barbezieux, and to the gastronomads.
