Le Baume de Bouteville, located in the heart of the village of Bouteville in Charente, is an artisanal French production which produces balsamic condiments and French gourmet vinegars aged in Cognac barrels.
Today there is a whole range of high-end vinegars, created for Chefs which is now offered to all gourmets. Exceptional but also everyday vinegars, which enhance dishes but also cocktails!
