Today, cousins ​​Charles and Rémi Boinaud continue to produce high-end spirits with this same pioneering spirit, taking care of this terroir bequeathed by previous generations. The largest vineyard in the Cognac appellation and its traditional distillery open their doors to you for an immersion in the heart of this know-how, and the possibility of experiencing the reality of its production site.

Maison Boinaud lives on the land it cultivates, so it is only natural that it innovates more and more in order to protect it. The largest family wine estate in the Cognac region, the Maison Boinaud estate teams work on more than 550 hectares. With a state-of-the-art wine-growing centre, a school and an R&D centre, the vines become a veritable open-air laboratory! Through the visit "The Biodiversity Trail", discover the history, values ​​and environmental practices of the House via a 3.7km pedestrian route punctuated with interactive terminals.
