Maison Boinaud lives on the land it cultivates, so it is only natural that it always innovates more in order to protect it. The largest family wine estate in the Cognac region, the Maison Boinaud estate teams operate on more than 600 hectares. With a state-of-the-art wine center, a school and an R&D center, the vineyards become a real open-air laboratory! Through the “Evasion Vignoble & Cognac” visit, you will be able to discover the innovations and commitments of the House in terms of sustainable viticulture, in order to preserve our ecosystem and perpetuate this terroir for future generations. After a bucolic walk through our plots, you will discover the secrets of making our spirits with a visit to the Distillery and an aging cellar. The experience will end with the tasting of our De Luze cognacs as well as a selection of our flower honeys, fruits of the labor of our 54 hives located in our vineyard.
