Our 2023 partnership formulas

1/. " The contribution "

This is the basic formula to become a member of the Association "Office de Tourisme du Pays d'Angouleme", it includes:

• Right to vote at the Annual General Meeting
• Updating your data on the SIT (based on the information provided)
• Weekly sending of the Pro newsletter
• Access to the Facebook page Angouleme Tourism Pro
• Send monthly dashboards

2/. " Social networks "

Facebook and Instagram these tools are essential for visibility on our smartphones, this formula includes:

• 5 annual publications on the Facebook page Angouleme Tourism (Schedule to be defined together)
• 5 annual publications on the account Instagram

3/. " the Web "

Basic formula for visibility on the Internet:

• Your establishment on our website www.angouleme-tourisme.com (up to 5 photos)
• Presence of your establishment on the screens of the reception area (support provided by the member)
• Entering and updating your information on DATA Tourism (National database)
• Presence on the interactive map of the territory

4/. “Interactive brochures”

This package includes:

• Your establishment in one of our interactive editions (Accommodation guide, Instants Gourmands, Leisure and activities – insert to be validated before publication)
• Provision of 1 Editions pack comprising 10 tourist cards (F) and 5 tourist cards (GB) + 20 “Angouleme on a stroll (F).

5/. " the board "

You wish to know more about the Pays d'Angoulême, so that your teams can better inform your customers, this formula includes:

• 1 individual meeting with the partnership manager.
• 1 diagnosis of your presence on digital tools
• 2 tickets to participate in a guided tour (to be chosen from the program of visits offered by the OTPA)

And to go further: our advertising offers

Beyond the partnership formulas, we also offer additional advertising inserts on our various media.

These publications are understood as "Announcement provided" by you. Spaces being limited, these inserts will be allocated in the order of receipt (postmark being taken as proof).

“Website pop-ups”

We offer advertising inserts on the home page of our website and in the "Bons Plans" section. Three formulas, based on the duration of publication:

• 2 weeks
• 4 weeks
• 6 weeks (possibility of splitting into 2 week increments)
