Sacem has set up a legal compliance operation for tourist establishments such as holiday cottages.
Indeed, like many places of reception and accommodation, the operators of gites put a television, a radio, a CD player… at the disposal of their customers in order to make their stay more pleasant.
The works distributed in this way are the result of the work of authors, composers and music publishers who have entrusted Sacem with the task of collecting and distributing royalties.
If you provide a means of distribution to your customers, you must subscribe to their special annual tourist accommodation package to comply with the regulations,
for €198.01 excluding VAT (20% reduction included) per year.
To do so, you must subscribe online (Sacem.fr > clients > gites) or return the form you should have received to the following address: dl.larochelle@sacem.fr. subscribe online

Partnership with the TER network – July 31, 2021
In order to develop the tourist attractiveness of the Pays d'Angoulême, encourage eco-mobility and attract new visitors, GrandAngouleme has formalized a partnership with SNCF in connection with its travel offers in TER Nouvelle Aquitaine.
Since the reopening of line 16, holders of a ticket / e-ticket or subscription SNCF TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine can benefit from preferential rates on visit sites in Angoulême, on presentation of their proof of travel.
Communication media dedicated to the operation will allow travelers to identify partner activities:
– Two brochures distributed mainly in the self-service areas of stations on line 16 (Angoulême-Saintes-Royan): "Want to discover... Angoulême in a different way" with a highlighting of different activities offered in the city of Angoulême, and "Beware of Secrets" which invites you to discover the flagship towns of line 16, including a focus of Angouleme and also available at the tourist information offices of the destination.
– Accessible digital support: an interactive tourist map on which you will find all the partners and advantages offered.
