Why we love

On a magnificent river, in a surprisingly rural urban setting, the Ruelle sur Touvre canoe kayak club welcomes you to learn about or improve your skills in navigation.

Unaccompanied descent of the Touvre - from Tuesday to Sunday - by reservation.
The route goes from the base of Ruelle to the park of the town hall of Gond-Pontouvre. You will meander through the many small islands of La Touvre, taking advantage of a regular current which makes navigation particularly pleasant. A descent takes an hour and a half on average. The club provides the equipment and a course guide.
Departure between 14 p.m. and 17 p.m. (except Friday, departure possible until 18 p.m.)
The club provides the return shuttle (conditions to be specified when booking)

The club offers sessions for children and adults throughout the year allowing them to progress by practicing various disciplines: slalom, downhill and very occasionally line racing, with one training session per week.

Group size: Maximum of 50 people.
Prerequisite: know how to swim
