Cassinomagus invites everyone to experience a Gallo-Roman adventure in Charente; an immersive, fun and lively adventure... as close as possible to the remains of Gallo-Roman baths, among the best preserved in France!
In 2026, Cassinomagus invites you to explore. With "Mission Cassinomagus," transform the archaeology workshop into a gateway to the past: we dig, we search, we compare, and we progress! Experience this combined activity with the discovery of the baths and their underground passages, thanks to guided tours designed for families.
Cassinomagus is also a gateway to the imagination. Myths, riddles, adventures: families lead the investigation. Mythological treasure hunt in the labyrinth, escape game, murder mystery party… and two new “mythological manga” adventures to revisit ancient legends with a creative and poetic touch at Easter and All Saints' Day.
Here, we explore history with a passionate team: we observe, we discover, and we understand. History is shared in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, whether you come alone, in a small group, or with your family. Everyone creates their own journey through time at their own pace.
The 15-hectare park unfolds within a natural setting, punctuated by themed areas: rural life, botany, games, archaeology, and mythology. Our exhibition, "Daily Life in Gallo-Roman Times," and its video area welcome you for its final year. La Cocina, a small restaurant, the shop with its local products, its bookstore, and its original and unique souvenirs complete the historical visit. Events and activities punctuate the season. All year round, Cassinomagus is above all an adventure to share!
