Founded in 1889, Biscuiterie Lolmède continues a family pastry tradition, the famous macaron.
Located in the historic heart of Angoulême, Biscuiterie Lolmède, founded in 1889 by Edouard Lolmède, built its reputation around its famous macarons: old-fashioned macarons, pistachio macarons, cognac macarons... Today, more than 30 different varieties, made in the pure artisanal tradition, delight the palates of gourmets.
Over a cup of tea or hot chocolate, come and enjoy macarons, madeleines, and hazelnut crunchies from your childhood. In the summer, enjoy the shaded terrace for ice creams and smoothies.
Curious and with a sweet tooth? Come visit the shop selling the famous pastries as well as local products. It is possible to visit the workshop by appointment only for groups (10 to 50 people).
