The Gastronomades are celebrating their 30th edition with exceptional events!
From November 29 to December 1, 2024
& December 7 and 8 at Espace Franquin
To celebrate this special edition, we are collaborating with @zep_official, the creator of Titeuf, who has reinvented his character in a fruit and vegetable version, symbolizing gluttony and good eating, at the heart of the Gastronomades spirit.
From the 1st edition, the Gastronomades highlighted the quality products that bring honor to Charente and New Aquitaine; as well as those who make them: farmers, breeders, butchers, market gardeners, etc.
To have fun, to feast, to discover, to prepare for the holidays, to offer...
To simply live!
Gastronomades, it's an entire weekend dedicated to today's products and cuisine. A real journey from field to plate. Gathered around the same passion and the same desire for discovery, producers, artisans, chefs, apprentices, professionals or simply cooking enthusiasts meet there. It is also a place for exchanges and meetings around exhibitions, debates, cooking lessons, culinary jousts and numerous tastings of artisanal products.
So, Gastronomades is one of the first culinary events to feature chefs and to combine culinary cultures with artistic cultures, to encourage short circuits, to promote eating well in collective catering, to invent culinary jousts...
