Arrival Friday Evening
You arrive in Pays d'Angoulême by TGV or by car and settle in one of our charming accommodations.
Saturday All day
2CV rental for a day on the roads of the Pays d'Angoulême.
1st step : Visit of the Moulin de La Courade in La Couronne by its owner. It is an old paper factory built in 1837 on the site of a paper mill dating from 1634. This unique site retains all the traces of the industrial life of the Angoumois paper industry. To be continued with visit to the Logis de Forge paper dryers in Mouthiers sur Boëme.
For lunch, you can stop at the Café de la Boëme with its charming terrace located in the heart of the village.
2nd stage : At the beginning of the afternoon, we take the road again and head west of the Pays d'Angoulême. The different cognac houses will take you on a tour of their estate (in safari mode for some) and will offer you a tasting.
3nd stage : At the end of the afternoon you can discover the St-Saturnin hiking circuit. A walk of 10 to 15km to whet your appetite.
